Attention Junkie: Starting in the month of October we are offering NEW programs & Class times to our Junkie Schedule. Second Program launches tomorrow Monday (10 /16/ 2017) which is JunkieFit.

JunkieFit (Gears towards NEW Athletes)
JunkieFit is a 60 minute class where you’ll be challenged with functional bodyweight movements using light to moderate load/weight. If you’re ready to shed fat, tone up, increase your aerobic capacity and strength, then this is the class for you.
