Attention Junkie: Starting in the month of October we are offering new programs & Class times to our Junkie Schedule. First Program launches this Tuesday (10 /2/ 2017) which is Barbell Club.

Tuesday: 7:30 PM
Thursday: 7:30 PM
Saturday: 10:00 AM

This class is dedicated to improving your strength and proficiency in all things pertaining to lifting. In this 60- 90 minute class, you’ll receive hands-on attention regarding the snatch, clean and jerk and more to increase your stability, mobility and strength. Olympic weightlifting provides an incredible foundation for improving your mobility and stability when it comes to lifting.

Barbell Club is Included in unlimited membership

3 RFT:
20 Partner Squat Ball Toss (20/14=P) (14/10=F)
20 T2B or Weighted AB Mat Sit-Ups
20 Push Press (115/85=P) (75/45=F)
20 Weighted Box Step-Ups (24/20=P) (20/14=F)
