Reminder: We want to invite all of our Nutrition Challengers to our wrap up/discussion group on Monday, December 3! Come and share your successes, failures, and GAINZ with us and the rest of the challengers (new and old)! This will be a time of reflecting on the past 6 weeks, and a time to set goals for the weeks to come! We would like to extend the invitation to anyone who did not do the challenge as well! This discussion will happen Monday at 6:30pm! Due to this we will only have 5:30pm and 7:30pm normal classes that evening! If you usually come to the 5:30 class, stay a little later and show your support! If you usually come to the 7:30 class, come a little earlier to show your support! We want to celebrate everyone’s transformations and simple changes inside and outside of the gym so we will see you Monday at 6:30!
