A) OH Squat
Take 20-25 minutes finding a NEW 3RM (5sec pause in the pocket, First rep only)

B) Snatch or Power Snatch
E2M for 10 minutes:
2 reps starting at 60% increasing load every set. Do not exceed 90%

C) Team WOD (Teams of 2)
5 rounds for time of:
155 pound Deadlift, 12 reps
155 pound Hang power clean, 9 reps
155 pound Push jerk, 6 reps
