Take 20-25 minutes and work up to today’s heavy
C) Team WOD (Teams of 2)
One Junkie will perform a 250m “Max Effort” Row or 20cal “ME” bike while partner bear hugs a sandbag or D-ball (125/100=P) (75/50=F)
when the junkie is done rowing or biking switch stations.
Note: If you drop your sandbag or d-ball while your partner is rowing or biking, stop working and perform 15 burpees as a team then return back to your stations and continue working
