A) EMOM for 10 minutes:
1 Power Snatch @75% (with 3sec pause at the Knee)

B) Back Squat
Find a NEW 5 rep max.
Take 20-25 minutes finding a NEW 5 rep max with 25% BT or Chains

C) Team WOD (Teams of 2)
4 RFT:
40m OH Bumper plate Lunge (choose your plate)
3 suicide sled push/sprint (4/3=P) (3/2=F)
40 AB Mat Sit-ups with Med-Ball, tossing it back & forth (20/14=P) (14/10=F)
