25 Synchronized T2B or AB Mat Sit-ups
35 WBS (20/14=P) (14/10=F) You go, I go
200 DUB’s or Singles (Switch when junkie breaks)
35 Thrusters (115/95=P) (75/45=F) (One junkie working while other junkie is holding HSH or Push-up Hold)
25 Synchronized Pull-ups or Ring Rows
