A) Snatch + OH Squat
Build to a Heavy complex for the Day in 30 minutes

B) Team WOD (Teams of 2)
40 “Strict” Pull-ups (use a band if needed)
800m Double Barbell Run with Partner (each team will have TWO 15lb training bars weighing 45lbs each (training bar with 15lb bumper plates)
40 Burpees
800m Double Barbell Run with Partner
