WOD (EMOM for 15 minutes)
Min 1: Bar Muscle-up work or Kipping/Butterfly work

Min 2: Rope Climb (legless is always fun to try:)

Min 3: 10m HSW or 20-30sec Handstand Hold (coaches will scale if needed)
