EMOM for 21 minutes:
Minute 1: Rope climb work (no more than 3 Rope Climbs in a minute)
Minute 2: Pistols (coaches will scale if needed) (If your good at pistols challenge yourself, use a KB-no more than 10 reps)
Minute 3: Beat Swings / Pull-ups / C2B / Muscle-up work (No more than 10 reps)
