Complete as many rounds as possible in 5 minutes of:
9 Handstand Push-ups or HR Push-ups
6 Burpees
3 Snatches (135/195=P) (95/55=F)

Rest 5 minutes then 800m Sprint

Barbell Club (7:30pm)
A) Push Press
2 reps E30sec for 12 sets @75% of your 1 rep max

B) Accessory Work
1) “Strict” Pull-ups
3×10 (use a band if needed)

2) Planks
3x60sec (Rest 1:1)
