1-2-3-4-5-6-7 Deadlifts (Your Body Weight=Performance) (1/2 your Body weight=Fitness)

Barbell Club (7:30pm)
A) Every 90 seconds, for 15 minutes (10 sets):
Power Snatch x 1 rep

Loads per set (by %) – 55, 65, 70, 75, 80, 85, 85, 90, 90, 90-95

B. Three sets of:
Pause Deadlifts x 8 reps @ 60-70%
Rest 2-3 minutes

Pause for 2-3 seconds at the knee then continue to pull to full lockout.
