7 DB Squat Clean Thrusters (50/35=P) (35/25/20=F)

Barbell CLUB (7:30pm)
A) Complex:
Every 3 minutes for 15 minutes (5 sets):
2 Front Squats + 1 Split Jerk

Build to a heavy complex.

B) After Burn (10 Rounds for time):
10 Push-ups
10 GHD’s or AB Mat Sit-ups
