40 WBS (20/14=P) (14/10=F) You Go, I Go
30 Synchronized Alternating Dumbbell Snatches (50/35=P) (35/15=F)
20 Box Jumps (24/20=P) (20/14=F)
10 Synchronized T2B or AB Mat Sit-ups
Rest 2 minutes between each set

Barbell Club (7:30pm)
A) Every 2 minutes, for 6 minutes (3 sets):
Snatch Press from Receiving x 3 reps (Choose your load)

followed by…

B) Every 2 minutes, for 6 minutes (3 sets):
Snatch Push Press + Overhead Squat x 2 reps
(pause for 2 seconds in the bottom position of each overhead squat)

followed by…

C) Every 90 seconds, for 6 minutes (4 sets):
High Hang Snatch x 2 reps

followed by…

D) Every 90 seconds, for 6 minutes (4 sets):
Hang Snatch x 1 rep

followed by…

E) Every 90 seconds, for 6 minutes (4 sets):
2 Snatch Lift-Offs + 1 Snatch
(pause for 2 seconds at 2″ Below the knee on both snatch lift-offs)

then Build to today’s heavy single.
