10 Bar Muscle-Ups or C2B or Pull-ups (scale if needed)
20 Burpees
30 Dumbbell or KB Walking Lunges (55/35=P) (35/15=F)
40 Calorie Row or Bike
Rest 4 minutes between rounds

Barbell Club (7:30am only)
Start a running clock:
A) Every 2 minutes, for 4 minutes (2 sets):
Snatch Press from Receiving x 3 reps

Immediately followed by…

B) Every 2 minutes, for 6 minutes (3 sets):
Snatch Push Press + Overhead Squat x 2 reps
(pause for 2 seconds in the bottom position of each overhead squat)

Immediately followed by…

C) Every 90 seconds, for 6 minutes (4 sets):
High Hang Snatch x 2 reps

Immediately followed by…

D) Every 90 seconds, for 6 minutes (4 sets):
Hang Snatch x 1 rep

Immediately followed by…

E) Every 2 minutes, for 8 minutes (4 sets):
Snatch x 2 reps

then Build to today’s heavy double.
