Skill Day
WOD (EMOM for 18 minutes):
Min 1: Kipping or Butterfly work (5-8 reps)
Min 2: Marching Handstand Walk (10-20 reps)
Min 3: 10-15sec of Ring Work (L-sits, Muscle-ups, etc…….)

Note: coaches will scale if needed, dont worry!
