30 Hang Power Clean & Power Jerks (95/65=P) (65/45/35=F)
30 Med-Ball Cleans (20/14=P) (14/10/6=F)
30 Hang Power Clean & Power Jerks
30 handstand push-ups or HR Push-ups

Perform the handstand hold against a wall (coaches will scale if needed) (with only the feet touching) and accumulate a total of 3 minutes before moving on to Power Cleans & Jerks
