Gymnastic Day (Skill Work)
EMOM for 18 minutes (6 sets):
Min 1: 10-20m Handstand Walk or 30-45sec Hand Stand Hold

Min 2: 10 Pistols or Pistol Practice (coaches will scale if needed)

Min 3: 3-10 reps of Ring Muscle-up or Bar Muscle-up or Pull-up Practice
