Gymnastics Club
Two sets of of:
Single Leg Thigh Taps for 20 reps (coach will scale if needed)
Rest 30 seconds, and then. . .
“Strict” Handstand Push-Up for max reps (unbroken, 30 second cap)
Rest 30 seconds, and then. . .
Headstand Kip-Up to Handstand on Wall x 5 reps
Rest 60 seconds

Followed by. . .

Three sets of:
Handstand Marching for 5-10 reps
Rest 60 seconds, and then. . .
Wall-Facing Split Handstand Hold for 20 seconds (Scaled would be no split only HSH facing wall or use a 24-30″ box for beginner)
Rest 60 seconds

Followed by…

One set of:
Handstand Walk for max distance (unbroken) scaled=Partner wheelbarrow walks
Rest 30 seconds, and then. . .
The Bridged for max reps (unbroken)
Rest 30 seconds, and then. . .
Nose-To-Wall Handstand Hold for max effort
